Institucionální posilovací program (ISP)

The ISP is designed to assist partners in designing appropriate learning and continuing development plans at all levels of the organization for its staff and board members. The Learning portal will be the hub to promote individual and organizational learning. At Congress 1 in London (2012), we decided that each partner would undergo an organizational capacity assessment (OCA) every seven years. These are not financial audits; they are designed to measure overall capacity and highlight both our strengths and opportunities for development. Once we understand the specific opportunities for development, we must invest in and strengthen partner organizations. Developing organizational knowledge and integrating that knowledge into everyday practice can be a powerful tool for multiplying an organization’s impact, especially as it grows.  The subfolders in this portal would focus on developing personal, leadership, and technical competencies that link directly to our seven key performance areas.
