At Congress 1 in London (2012), we decided that each partner would undergo an organizational capacity assessment (OCA) every seven years. These are not financial audits; they are designed to measure overall capacity and highlight both our strengths and opportunities for development. Once we understand the specific opportunities for development, we must invest in and strengthen\u202fpartner organizations.
