International Needs has been extraordinarily blessed with exemplary servants, both paid and volunteer. These gifted and skilled servants are leaders, donors, teachers, letter writers, bookkeepers, cooks, and drivers, to name but a few. Regardless of their gifting, they all exemplify our purpose, which is to fulfill the commission of Jesus Christ, supporting each other to see transformed lives, families, and communities.

IN invites every Global Partner (GP) organization to honor one of these servants every year by nominating them for the Ray Harrison Distinguished Service Award. The award ceremony takes place during a gathering of the IN Congress, although the honouree is not required to attend Congress to receive the award.
